Meet the Founders
Kedar Estate is led by two industry veterans who spent their careers inside the business, not observing it. Vinod Joshi and Puran Singh Mehta each bring three decades of Delhi NCR real estate experience — built as employees of established developers, including Vatika and Satya, and across the Noida, Sonipat, Delhi and Gurugram markets — before settling in Gurugram to build an advisory of their own.
